When ordering our online study course you will receive a confirmation via email. If you place the order during business hours and before 4:30 PM (EST), you will receive your login link before 5:00 PM (EST) on business days. If you place the order outside of our normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, you will receive your login information on the next business day.

Your credit card information is entirely secure when ordering with DataVault, Inc. Once you click the order link you will be on our secure site. You may also choose to place the order by telephone by calling US toll-free: 1 (877) 798-3282 or for outside the US: 1 (508) 347-2600 during our normal business hours. If you call after hours you may leave a message on the voice mail system and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Call or place an order online and once your credit card clears our bank (usually 2-3 business days), we will then forward the logon information to you at that time.
