DataVault ECM Needs Assessment
DataVault has taken our many years of experience in performing ECM Needs Assessments and developed a training course and software program to teach and guide others in the proper methods and procedures for performing and gathering data for ECM Needs Assessments. During class for our CompTIA CDIA+ training course, we touch on the topic of performing needs assessments. Our students continually requested more education on that subject. Using feedback and input from our students and partners, and expertise from our subject matter experts, we developed the DataVault ECM Needs Assessment Training course.

Prerequisites: A valid CompTIA CDIA+™ certification or a CDIA+™ training course taken from DataVault. Also, a laptop computer with Excel and Word is required.

Day 1: focuses on document imaging sales and the components and methods of the document imaging sales cycle.

Day 2: is devoted entirely to completing a mock assessment conducting the survey with the provided DataVault EDM Needs Assessment Tool Kit software, designing a solution, and writing a complete report. When the course is over, the students will have conducted a complete needs assessment!
