Recommendation of DataVault's Scanning Bureau Setup Services

Background and Overview of JVS Document Services - Imaging & Records Management:

JVS sought to establish a scanning service bureau which would provide document scanning and imaging services to a range of customers for records management and storage and retrieval purposes, while at the same time maintaining JVS’ core mission of providing vocational rehabilitation, job training, education and employment services for individuals with disabilities and disadvantaged circumstances. With the help of DataVault, JVS was recently able to establish this type of scanning service bureau. JVS Document Services is projected to be a high volume document imagining center for private sector companies in New Jersey and surrounding areas, as well as for NJ State, County and Municipal Governments. Document imaging includes document preparation, scanning, indexing, validation, and transfer of electronic media or microfilm for the purposes of compliance with state and federal laws, expense reduction and faster and easier access to archived information.

The staff at DataVault are competent, reliable, creative, accessible and most of all, knowledgeable. Sabine is readily available to help with any technical assistance and is always patient and willing to work with you until you understand how to proceed independently. Byron and April, DataVault’s President and CEO are hands-on and always working to help you and your business succeed.
