Day 1: focuses on document imaging sales and the components and methods of the document imaging sales cycle.

Day 2: is devoted entirely to completing a mock assessment conducting the survey with the provided Needs Assessment Tool Kit software, designing a solution, and writing a complete report. When the course is over, the students will have conducted a complete needs assessment!
