DataVault produces new training
materials for the new CompTIA CDIA+ 2005 Exam --
March 2006
CompTIA launched the new 2005 CDIA+ exam in December and Byron Aulick got
busy writing!! The new training materials were first used in the classroom
in December, 2005 to prepare students for the exam right away. Immediately
we began to notice an incredible success rate that outperformed our already
highly successful past training. Students began reporting back very high
scores, averaging 50 points higher than we have seen. With the classroom
training being so successful, it only made sense that everyone should have
access to these materials when they wanted to study. Therefore, the
materials on CD were written and are now available.

DataVault, Inc. has launched an aggressive marketing campaign
-- September 2005
DataVault has
recently undertaken efforts to “get the word out.” DataVault has,
through the years, made a name for itself in the CompTIA CDIA+
certification training market. DataVault has launched a robust
marketing campaign to grow its remaining core competencies: its WebVault
ASP hosting service and EDM consulting branch. These other services
have been a staple part of DataVault’s repertoire since its inception in
1993. DataVault has serviced hundreds of satisfied customers since
then. However, these services are not nearly as well known as
DataVault’s training services, and DataVault is intent on changing
that.
Marketing efforts have included sponsoring a booth at the ITEX, ARMA, and AIIM show over this past year. They will continue to have a presence at these shows. DataVault ran monthly ads in ImageSource Magazine over the summer and have monthly newsletter email campaigns. DataVault has also participated in joint marketing efforts with CompTIA and Ricoh and many other companies from all parts of the globe.
DataVault, Inc. has
moved to Worcester, MA. --August 2005
DataVault is returning to its roots. The company is returning to Worcester,
MA, the town where it was originally founded back in 1993. The move to the
city is in response to recent growth and to support the business plans for
additional expansion. The city of Worcester was selected to support a
reasonable commute for its current workforce and provide a larger population
of qualified candidates to service our existing clients and support
projected growth. DataVault has moved it's corporate office to 330
Southwest Cutoff, Worcester, MA. Our new phone number is 508-797-0040.
DataVault, Inc. is now offering the next step in EDM training
-- October 2004
DataVault has been a
leader in the EDM training industry for years. Countless graduates of
DataVault’s Document Imaging-101 and CompTIA CDIA+ preparation courses
received their certification and have said, “now what?” DataVault has
heard their cries and developed a comprehensive training program, the
EDM Needs Assessment training. This training provides the knowledge and
tools necessary to sell and conduct an EDM needs assessment: discovery,
analysis, design, and reporting. The training also teaches the unique
steps necessary to sell EDM. The training comes with comprehensive
software tools designed to conduct the surveys and automatically
generate a template report. The survey includes the questions needed to
complete the interviews and prepares a report with the actual data from
the survey. DataVault is certain that this training venue will become a
staple part of any EDM solution sales program.
DataVault, Inc. is

DataVault, Inc. is now a Ricoh Alliance partner
-- June 2004
DataVault has been
providing CompTIA CDIA+ preparation training for Ricoh and its dealers
for a few years. Through the years, DataVault and Ricoh have discovered
synergies with complimentary business objectives and product/service
offerings. DataVault and Ricoh recently formalized the relationship by
harnessing Ricoh’s Alliance partnership program. The partnership will
enable Ricoh to extend DataVault’s EDM services to their customers to
support and compliment their product line and EDM solutions. Ricoh is
also adding DataVault to their GSA schedule to enable them to offer
DataVault’s services to their government clients as well.
